Morata set to leave Real Madrid for £52m

Honestly , I didn't see this coming 😮😮. Who else did ? According to reports in Italy , Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata has agreed terms with AC Milan ahead of a massive £52m deal despite strong links to Chelsea .

The Italian paper Gazzetta dello Sport Morata said that the secured deal is  worth £125,000 per week with the Serie A side. And a fee in the region of £52m (€60m) is being negotiated

The Spanish striker has 20 goals  since he returned to the home of the 2017 La Liga champions but  has found himself being used from the bench, and it iss very likely that a departure from the club is imminent .

Lionel Messi was certainly a sad lonely figure after the final whistle of the Group D 2018 world cup opening match between Argentina and debutants Iceland . The four-time world best player of the year admitted that he still feels bad after  his missed penalty cost Argentina a World Cup win, but he is looking forward to making things right in coming matches . The match ended 1-1 much to the dismay of the 30 year old who failed to convert so many other chances during a frustrating afternoon .
